What has happed to you does not define who you are-

HOW you react to what happens to you DOES!

The basket that the cooker comes with is designed for big chunks of meat

For fries and other narrower, smaller food items, you could easily modify a grill topper or grill wok to place inside the basket it comes with

Put it in a bag and boil it. I can't remember what they call it but its supposed to be better than anything else.

Charbroil has some good grill baskets/ grill toppers/ grill woks that would work well for smaller items

I like this Big Easy

Assembly time 30 minquality materials

Cooked a chicken and it turned out great. The design of the Big Easy has you cooking the breasts at a lower temperature than the rest of the bird (you cook them breasts upfarthest from heat source)

to keep from over browning, remove the top mesh cover during the last portion of the cook

I went the entire cook without the cap on.
Thought about using it the last 10 minutes to sear the skin, but decided against doing so

I watched some videos where some folks wrap their turkey in foil once they get the color they like

Might experiment with this
