Why don't you want to launch at 315 ? Don't even have to crank the big motor if you launch there. another perfectly good "AGGIE" question ....... read his very opening post and you'll have the answer. Iknow, Iknow, at A&M they only teach 2-R's. Reading ain't part of the curriculum. Read it fluke, didn't say he was fishing a tournament. If he was he would know where they were launching from and he didn't. You obviously don't know $hit about Texas A&M University and until you do you can keep your chicken $hit remarks to yourself. What Podunk school did you go to ? GIG'EM You didn't read it very well

Follow the east bank . There is one spot that has standing timber on that side I slow down for. And a point that sticks way the hell out there. Outside of that , you dont see it it aint there.
That will cost you a lower unit or big hole with the lake a foot low or more. There are stumps almost all the way up there, not just one spot. Thanks for setting me straight. But it has worked for me.

The odds are against you to even make it to the north/south pipeline which leads to the powerline run which gets you remotely close to where you are wanting to get. Few feet off turning into the pipeline from the east bank and it could cost you a lower unit or even your life! Water is getting cold and odds are you wont make it to the shoreline if you get thrown from your boat. Not a place to run on pad your first few times.

Hook a right coming out of the villages and run across the first bay with your boat pointed at the north point of that bay...that first point is a shallow shelf that drops sharp into the river...run wide but not to wide around the point...there is pvc on the point, run inside the PVC ...run tight to the bank after you are around the point...just before your boat hits land hook a left and point your boat at the tip of the next point...when you get to that point shut down and idle...look left until you see a red pvc that marks the pipeline...idle to the south side of that pvc and look for the next pvc marker and idle to the south of it...every 100 yards are so there will be a pvc pipe marking the north edge of the pipeline except for one or two that mark the south side, you will have to figure that out on your own... look on the bank past the island to see the pipeline cut through the trees to help line yourself up on the pipeline and idle the pipeline until you are past the island and then hook a left around the island...stay outside of the one pvc pipe on the back side of the island...you will hit stumps going around the island...I would idle the pipeline in lieu of running the bank all the way to westberry as there is one sandbar that is pretty tricky to get around....edit: there is a pvc pipe in the pipeline past the island, cut left between that pipe and the island.
Thats the general idea, but you really need to see it done before you can do it.
