cleaned my 1st batch with eggs today...had 8 keepers and 2 had eggs about 1" long.

What lake? I've cleaned fish with eggs every month this year, from Lake Bardwell. The fish from Clark last week, also had some.

Not unusual for this time of yr, but we are quite a ways from maturing sacs and a spawn. But it gets us all excited to see the first roe sacs! We just need to bide our time.
