Been catching a bunch of nice Bluegill and Rios all fall long. These mild fronts coming through have really turned on the bite. Catching fish on the Guadalupe River in 8 to 10 feet of water holding by docks. In the shallow water rivers fish are holding close to weed beds by currents. Shallow water river fish are starting to get harder to find. The afternoon bite is the best. Fish were all caught using worms with ultralight tackle. Getting some GOOD fall action! It just don't get any better! fish

Nice report Chuck. The Sabinal and Nueces are special places to fish. cheers

It looks like some of your pictures are focusing on the background and making the fish not as crisp. Do you notice the same thing or are my eyes playing tricks?

I figured that about the Rios. I have not seen a current Rio post in awhile. Looks like we may have a cold winter!
