Does anyone have any idea of what the "learn" button on the Minn Kota I-pilot Bluetooth remote control is? When replacing this remote you have to pair it with the trolling system. The instructions from Minn Kota say you have to push and hold the "learn" button but I can't find any info on what the "learn" button is.

are they referring to the learn button on the trolling motor head unit

I downloaded the ipilot owners manual from minn kota website, the instructions are completely different from the instructions I was given from another source. The minn kota websites instructions were a lot more detailed so I figured it out.
