We ended the day with 20 fish. Cought most of them anchored up by the sunken island. It was a hard day as the fish didn�t want to bite. We threw cut shad and live shad. Drifted a few times. Lots of bites. Nothing really committing though. Seemed like they had been stuffing their selfs all night long. We marked a bunch of fish though. I sung happy birthday to the marine corps before we threw out the lines at the island, and literally as soon as the bait hit the water we were hooking up. Top water catfish action! We all had a great time. On behalf of those who went out today, I would like to say thank you to Tom for being so gracious to take us out. It was much needed and made some funny and great memories I will cherish and talk about for a long time to come. Made some friends as an addition bonus.

Thanks again for great trip. I had a great time, and met some great people. Being on the water always does my soul some good.
