Selling my 1998 Cobra 201D with a 98 225 Johnson venom with a 24p raker prop. The engine is strong and has never let me down. The boat is in great shape, people usually don't believe it is a 98.
-Comes with a HB 798 SI graph
-Hot foot and foot trim installed
-Bob's Hydraulic jack plate
-Water separator/fuel filter
-80 lb Minn Kota Terrova
-Hambys keel-protector
-Trailer tires are a few years old but only around 2000 miles on them
-New carpet last summer along with getting the main seat reupholstered
The lower deck was not re-carpeted. I wanted to put epoxy or something along those lines on it, just never had time.
-Custom sunbrella boat cover about 4 years old. I had them take the sides almost to the trailer to keep the sun off.

The gel coat is in really great shape with a few scrapes and what not. The back couple feet of the top cap have a little wear from the cover rubbing on it, id imagine it'll buff out.

Selling it because I no longer have time to go out and use it and I feel guilty just letting her sit up. I start the engine every 3 weeks or so. Ive only had it on the water about 4 times in the bast 18-24 months. I am back in school and its take up a lot more time. I would consider partial trade on a fishing kayak.
Let me know if you have any questions. My email is mitchellp19@gmail.com
Located in Ft Worth, near TCU

Thanks for looking

Thanks guys, I really love this boat too but it needs to get used. Definitely going to miss it though.

I haven't topped it out in a long time but id say it runs about 70. I think a 26p prop wold help get a few more MPH, but I really like how fast it takes off and I usually cruise around 40-50 anyways.

I have an 18'8 cobra and would love to have a bigger boat. I would have to sell mine first. Good luck with the sale.

Thank you coach. You probably already know the quality build of the cobra boats. My favorite thing about the 201 is the huge front deck and how it handles the rougher water. I fish 2-3 people up there and don't have an issue, especially since the trolling motor doesn't need the pedal which can get in the way. If you put yours for sale I wish you good luck also!

Thanks for the kind words, its really a sweet and solid boat and I'm sure going to miss her! . She just needs to be fished out of and since I wont have the time for another couple years I think its better to get her to someone that can fish. People can't believe the age either, its been really well taken care of!

Good looking cobra! Selling my 99 on here too, I can testify to the ride in these boats. Kinda like a cross between the ranger 520vx and the champ hulls! They handle big water as good as you can! What is that stuff on the top cap? Looks like spider web lol. GLWS!!
