Sorry I missed you. I went to the walking trail parking lot off of 1382. Went down the hill and caught 3 in 30 minutes. It is a goo place to take the kids. You can PM me if you need more specifics.

Joe Pool is a carp factory. However, most are under 10 pounds. Just find some good bank space and give it a try. I have caught a lot of carp at the fishing barge next to the Oasis.

The folks at the marina told me about a kid who'd cast under the bridge at the marina into where all the carp are and pull out 15-20lbers.

Use tightly packed bread balls on a strong small hook without a weight and throw as far as you can towards the pedestrian bridge leading to the office. Use no weight if possible. Leave the tip of the hook exposed. Good luck.

Yeah. Throwing towards the walk way is a great place. But make sure you have your rod secured. I have see a many pulled off the dock. One splash and a lot of cussing.
