Since both companies have been taken over from their ORIGINAL owners, do you feel like the quality of the brand has gone up, down, or stayed the same.

You should have broken it down between BassCat and Ranger.. I don't think BassCat has changed

I figured people could break it down about their brand on their post.

I had an 08 Bass Cat Sabre and currently own a 2017 Bass Cat Eyra. Quality, finish, and workmanship on both are excellent and I have zero complaints. I think the Bass Cat buyout has been a good thing with the Pierce family still overseeing the company. I don't think you can beat their customer service. They are growing, increasing sales, improving their boat lineup and have made it through the great times and the not so great.

Normally, I am against a company being bought out and it normally doesn't turn out to a be an improvement. But, Correct Craft is one of the best boat manufacturers there has ever been. I went through several years of serious skiing years ago and Correct Craft and Mastercraft were the best manufacturers by far in my opinion. They've been around forever and have a great reputation.

I bought a used BassCat a few years ago and I just called last week to get information on a part I needed.
Every time I contact I'm amazed at the "one on one" service.
They treat me (a second owner) like I just picked up the boat from the factory.

Also posted a question about parts specs for something I needed for my trailer on another site and BassCat ownership texted me personally to make sure I got the information that I needed and gave me personal cell numbers and names for further contact.

I have a new Phoenix 920 on order. Really excited about it but hate the fact I am leaving bass cat. They are a class act for sure

This is one thing I see over and over about BCB This is why I will give them first look for my next boat

My partner has a newer Ranger, and I can tell you he had issues with customer service since Bass Pro bought Ranger. He said it's not as good as it used to be, lots of time on hold now and not as knowledgeable people to talk to on the other end.

I have a BassCat and I have not seen a change in BassCat personally, since they've been sold.

I have a late model basscat and anytime I have had to call BCB, I don't think I have ever been put on hold, and always talked to someone who knew the solution to my problem.

Just wondering what would be a problem where you needed to call them ?

I had to call Basscat a couple of times in the past.

I wanted to order a butt seat and some boat decals.

Two completely different types of companies. You are talking "nitro bps" versus "100k plus ski boats". I have honestly been very impressed at all of the dealer meeting. The top of Correct Craft business pyramid is "built boats for The Glory of God. Sure I have had some things happen on brand new boats, but Richard at BCB has never once questioned me. He has always told me "do what you need to do for the customer". I couldn't imagine myself in any other brand boat. I would like to put my Bass Cats up against any brand as far as quality and construction.
