Well the 2017 season is officially over. We enjoyed seeing everyone at the Championship. We are having an Early Bird Tournament on Lake Tyler October 29. Registration will be Saturday afternoon from 4:00 to 5:00 at Lake Palestine Motor Lodge. Sunday morning at the ramp. We are staying at Lake Palestine Motor Lodge Saturday night (903-876-4711). If you pay your 2018 membership you will receive 50 points toward qualifying for the 2018 Championship on Richland Chambers. If you join the East Region, you will get a ticket for the drawing, for the trip to Panther Creek Cabin, near Broken Bow Lake, donated by Fun n Sun. This is going to be a great year. Our sponsors have really stepped up. We will have $600.00 added money at each tournament. We will be giving away 2 places for Big Bass. We will be giving away Phenix rods at each tournament. We will feed everyone at each weigh in. Fun n Sun has donated $50.00 gift cards for first out of the money. Fun n Sun is also offering 15% off all tackle for all East Region members. The 2017 season was great and am looking forward to a bigger turn out for 2018. Anyone out there that wants to fish a couples tournament needs to check out the Texas Bass Couples East Region. The people are great and we have made some really good new friends.
