Just wanted to get this out that I owe a big debt of thanks to Monte Coon of Moritz Chevrolet. My wife has a 2005 Malibu that was purchased a while back at another dealership. We had a few recall/service issues and just never felt like it was taken care of. Anyway she had some new issues with the motor and since we moved to Ft. Worth we wanted to take it to a local place. I called up Monte and told him what was going on. He then went above and beyond and took it upon himself to alert his service dept and arrange for a loaner for my wife. We arrived and from the time we walked in we were treated by all of Moritz like we mattered and our business was important. Took about 5 minutes to drop off car and get loaner and head on our way.
Then during the time they had our car we were called daily with updates and follow ups.
Needless to say we were totally blown away and we appreciated all Monte and Moritz did for us. It was one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. Between Monte at Moritz and Chris Tilton at Bob Utter Ford we are blessed with the finest representaives in the industry we could have.
If you are looking for a new or used GM product I highly suggest you call Monte. The are a TFF sponsor and have some great programs in place for tournament anglers. ThanksMonte and Moritz. It was appreciated.

GM service tech are all good folks there. Troy Aikman Auto Mall is what is used to be before Troy sold his part.... I bet I still know half the guys in the shop. They really took pride in thier work, and thats where, and how I learned to appreciate the customer. They give the service tech industry a good name.

OK Mark, you better move your post now to the off topic area...we are starting to make some people uneasy....

They are a sponsor of the board...so every once in a while it does a sponsor good as well as the TFF to infom everyone of the performance of the sponsors. I know first hand that JP wants to see that the readers of this forum are pleased with his sponsors...

Maybe in the rush to worry about it being Off Topic some of you guys missed the part where I said Moritz has contingency programs in place for bass tournament anglers in the original post.I know a lot of tournament guys read the bass fishing section here so I see a connection for it being applicable here. Guess ya'll wanted to hurry up and publicly blast a moderator instead of reading it in its entirety. No big deal either way. Pretty much makes it relevant in bass fishing I think. As stated they are also a TFF sponsor and are one of the companies that keep this forum FREE for you to enjoy. So I think its fine and RELEVANT here.
