I doubt anyone will be interested, but just throwing this out for those avoiding the Neeling Football League.
The battery tossing bastages from university of Missouri left the conference for the sec. The rivalry between Kansas and misery was one of the most bitter in sport. Kansas has refused to play them....but today, at 3:00 the two former rivals will meet in an exhibition contest for relief aid for hurricane victims in Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico and the Virgins.
Its expensive, but I consider it a donation...not a purchase per se. its $40 for the stream.
Misery has the Number one recruit in the nation...michael porter. Kansas is loaded, but new players in key position, and Player of the Year Frank Mason is now in the NBA. It should be a fun show...AND provide a healthy sum to those in need.

It was a great game. I know Texas folks hate roundball, but this was fun. Great game. misery tested the Hawks. Kansas 93 misery 87 The really great news is that event raised $1.75 million for hurricane relief.

You know I never really noticed it until you mentioned it but basketball is not very popular in Texas.
Certainly football is King. Baseball seems to be the number two. And at least in the Dallas area I would put hockey and basketball real close to each other for third and fourth.
