 How do you push a dual axle trailer by hand?

I am buying a boat with dual axles and was wondering what those wheels that attach to it that allow you to turn it by hand are called? I have seen them just cant remember where.

 Is this what you mean? You can move a boat anywhere with this thing, up hill, down hill, sideways, wherever. Great for moving a boat into a garage and turning sideways. This one is called a "Trailer Valet"

A trailer dolly works great on single axle trailers. Not so much on dual axle trailers........ Yo can do it, but it'll take a lot of effort and an assistant will be very much appreciated.
