I am trying to transfer information from Google Earth to a Humminbird 998, here is an example Google Earth *Degrees-Min-Seconds) 31* 12'46.94 N 94* 22' 15.47 W Humminbird (DD-MM-MMM) 31* 12 921 N 094* 22 234 W
These locations are to the same point,How do I get them to the same language so I can transfer a spot from Google earth to Humminbird?

You can change the Humminbird GPS format to the GE or the Google Earth GPS format to match Humminbird, then enter the numbers.
Google Earth is Tools, then Show Lat/Log
Humminbird is Setup menu Position Format

Yes they do line up Three choices DD.DDDDD is degrees/decimal degrees DD MM.MMMM is degrees/minutes/decimal minutes DD MM SS is degrees/minutes/seconds and sometimes decimal seconds at the end of seconds. The Google numbers you stated are the last of those three. There can't be more than 60 minutes or 60 seconds using that format. 31 Degrees 12 Minutes 46.94 Seconds is the first one The Humminbird numbers are Degrees/Minutes.decimal minutes 31 Degrees 12.782 Minutes If you convert the GE format to Degrees/Decimal Degrees----DD.DDDDD that would be 31.21304 and that lines up too. http://www.gpscoordinates.eu/convert-gps-coordinates.php
