I've had the MK 315 for several years with no problem plugged in 24/7 when not in use.
You better make sure them batteries are charged for Sunday.

I install them in cars at work all the time. They are great for the big stereo systems and cars that are parked and not driven enough to keep the batteries charged. I have never had one fail. That said, I use DualPro in my boat. Ha.

I think if you have room for it, it has the output you need, and it fits the budget...you'll like it.

Read what i posted in attached thread. I have a 330D and it is not working. They say (Minnkota) just throw them away when they quit. I believe it is just a simple overload fuse, but they say it is a sealed unit. I would check before you buy.
