Will fish Naconiche next week for a full day. Seeking any info on baits, colors, patterns! Thanks admins for all the work you do on the forum!

Go up into the right fork to the first bend in the boat lane at daylight there will be some very good schooling action. Split shot flukes and senkos.

Was on Naconiche last week, caught quite a few smaller ones up shallow on pop-r and fluke. Around 9 am moved out deeper and found the bigger fish in 12 to 15 fow around brush piles, this was mostly main lake stuff. Caught the bigger ones on tubes and jigs. Tubes water mellon gold and jigs brown with with brown trailer or water mellon red trailer.
If you can't catch them shallow, find where a point reaches the creek channels, or another smaller creek channel runs into the main creek channel, and throw monster worms or beavers. Fish close to the trees and stumps.
Good luck.

If I ain't fishing, I ain't happy.
But mostly I'm happy.
I love being retired, the check is in the mail.

Try chunking a white Bomber or Norman 8 - 12' diving crankbait back up either arm in the flats in the thickest timber you can find in the same water depth range. Tight lines!
