Caught plenty of cats in timber fishing for crappie. Anyone fish it for cats (summer/fall, not talking about when cormorants are here) this way? Any tips for picking out trees? How long you spend? Any time of year just drop to the bottom or do you work up the tree like with suspended crappie? 1 pole or more?......
Thanks!
Eric

fall, spring, winter. Depth pattern changes with the seasons. Mark fish, then fish.
