25 inches even if 'skinny' is going to be in the 7 lb range. ] This is spot on. Even a skinny fish that long will go at least 7. I'd say pretty confidently that it goes 7.5

I'd say pretty confidently that it goes 7.5 This fish is definitely on the healthy side of skinny but I've weighed a sick 21" 3.5lb largemouth before. Caught her on a fluke right at the boat and didn't even get a hook in her. She just grabbed the lure and swam into the net. This fish doesn't look like a sick fish but I still think she's only 6-6.5. Maybe 7.5-8 when she fills out.
