Lots of knowledge here. Will a 2009 Dodge Ram crew cab with a hemi tow a 24 ft sun tracker pontoon boat with no problem?

Yes; but it will suck the gas. She's going to squat a little. Use Toe Hall 100% of the time. Also make sure the trailer breaks are good to go.

Im afraid of the squatting factor. Not familiar with Toe Hall / haul. What would that be?

If it squats to much you can get air bags. That way you can fill them to pull the boat and let the air out for normal riding around

According to their website, the average package weight (boat, motor, trailer) is just under 4200 lbs. If you figure in fuel, fishing gear, food, coolers, and everything else that gets packed on a 'toon, you're probably well over 5000 lbs.

I would think it depends on how far you plan on towing and where... you should be okay.

My 2005 crew cab Silverado has no issues pulling my 24ft suntracker other than drinking fuel
