I have a 99 Tracker V18 (full-sized) and just picked up an 89 Skeeter for $3300. I have to sell the Tracker quickly (wife's orders). The more I can get for the Tracker, the more I can put into the Skeeter and break even. How should I reshuffle the equipment on these boats to get the most money for the Tracker and leave the Skeeter high-school-tournament ready? Or, should I put everything into the Tracker and use the extra cash to buy new stuff for the Skeeter (electronics, tm with spot lock, etc.)? Maybe, sell some things separate? Note: I can move electronics, but will have to pay to move trolling motors. Any advice would be appreciated.
Tracker: 2014 MK Maxxum trolling motor New MK 3-bank charger New Garmin Striker 7cv (front) New Garmin Echomap 93sv (back) New lower unit
Skeeter: New MG X5 trolling motor MK 2-bank charger Lowrance Elite 5 HDI in back Needs new carpet on boat & trailer and new bench seat

I might change the chargers out. Thanks for posting. I thought about that, but think the person buying the Tracker would appreciate only having to plug in once. I want the Tracker to be as attractive as possible.

I'd change the charger out. Don't give away something that you'll need because it will cost you more to buy another. Yes they might like it but if they never knew it existed they won't mind. They'll be happy to have a 2 bank.
Whichever fish finders you like keep them and put the others on the tracker.
You can't try to prove it together to make a sell when you don't know what the new buyer would want. He may not like any of your fish finders and will rip them off to sell and buy what he wants. Many buyers will be more interested in the boat and not bells and whistles when they shop so don't over think it. Swap what you want and price it fairly and buyers will come

Swap out what you want to keep. A prospective buyer isn't going to expect what he doesn't see when he looks at it. Electronics aren't going to add that much to the resale value of the boat but are going to be expensive to replace.
