Just want to actually catch a few fish....not at all worried about size....just want to see if I remember how it feels to get a bite. Which would you try?

Went last Friday. Late morning until 4:30. Biggest was 5lb. Caught several fish. Wind was brutal so pretty much stayed on south banks. Most fish was 10-15. Biggest was only in about 4. But Im sure a lot has changed in a week. Several fish caught was spitting out shad.
