We started grilling fish. Stripper was the first by putting the skin side down on the grill. Season with CC's Cajun seasoning or any other season. Spray with olive oil or butter. Grill until dry on a cookie sheet. Stripper some folks do not like the "red stipe", no problem, just eat around it. Since we are fishing for Crappie... use the same method. We like the "red sauce" so we make our own version.
