Usually don't spend more than $200 on rods. Are the rods worth it? Everybody goes crazy over Dobyns so I thought I might try one out.

I own a bunch of Dobyns rods and can honestly say they're nice... But, my Kilstler rods are hard to beat. I will probably just purchase Kistler and save a few $$ moving forward. They always have sales on their website also..

I LOVE my Dobyns XP rods. ESPECIALLY the CB rods. I think they are the BEST Crankbait rods in the business and I have not tried them all, but I have tried MOST of the CB rods out. I LOVE the 735 and 736 series as well. Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck.
