 Lake Nac on some "community holes"

Fishbonz tipped me off to some great PVC structures that I had never fished before. Started there and caught some nice ones quick! Fish were deep and water was ULTRA clear. No wind at all, which made it tough today. Caught about 15 keepers. Gave them to some guys who were wearing out the catfish. They'll be very busy cleaning today!  Thought this pile was going to be amazing, but only caught 3-4 off of it.  PVC with fish above it.  PVC.  Here's what the pvc looked like dry.

Is that pvc weighed down? BCB206 I would think they would have to be weighed down since it was a group participation effort between a local org & the TPWD and there are downloadable files with the coords on the web site.They probably added the weight after the got on the water
