For me if you got a fish and weighed it, then say it's 5 lbs then i believe you 100%, say nice fish, and move on.
If you pull one out that looks like 2 lbs and say "Oh yeah, that's a nice 5 lber there" then I'm going to put you on my comedy list. Put it on the scales or just say "caught one" and toss it back.

Being a big boy I make 5 lbrs look 2 lbs... LOL. If someone doesn't want to believe the weight I post on here it doesn't bother me one bit. If I posted the weight then I actually weighed it, if folks don't wanna believe it that's their choice, but my dogs and I know the truth and that's all that matters.

I don't worry about it.
Of course, I'm also not overly impressed with a 5lb fish either.
