With the return of a 10-15mph winds a lot of our fishing grounds have trout green water with wind blown dirty streaks. These streaks are where we have been finding most of the bait, with trout and redfish laying on the edges ready to strike. Today most of our fish were caught in thigh deep water, and the reds were knee deep. Problem was the reds were either over or just under, still a blast though.
Today's top baits were Down South Lures, kickin' chicken and watermelon, a few early on pumpkinseed, but when the dirty streaks started forming we quickly changed. All were rigged on a 1/8oz jig head.
