Try a local boat mechanic in your area. the smaller ones will pick up old motors to rebuild or whatever and might have what you are looking for laying around the shop. Nowadays most all the older salvage yards strip them down and sell on ebay for premium prices.

Call Ronnie at Xtreme Marine of North Texas. 817-366-3403. Hes got some of those items & can rebuild LOWER UNITS/, tilt/trim pumps,motors,rams etc. .. Usually pretty quick turnaround also & very good pricing.
