I have met so many great people through this site over the years, and I have learned so much from those willing to share.

Recent events and some timely encouragement have led me to the decision to tie a few jigs to supplement my income. I couldn't have done it without the support of some great people...namely Jerry Taylor and Matt Carroll. Just wanted to say thank you.

Nice job, Slab. I still use the jig pole with my nickname on here at the slips at 121 and appreciate all you did for me as a newbie on here a decade or more back.

Good to see you're back to tying jigs. Jerry and Matt are good folks too.

Thinking of heading to the slips Thurs or Fri.

Eric, I sure would like to take credit for helping you but that wasn't me. I believe the man you are talking about was SlabMeSilly. I don't know his real name, but I think I saw a post from him awhile back on Facebook.
I can only hope to someday help as many people as he did. I have heard nothing but great things about him. God Bless.
