Match the hatch...Mayflies everywhere...started out with night crawlers...got a few. Put on a Mepps #1 Thunderbug after 1st hour, and it was non-stop action. 10 bass, 3 Rios(on worms) 0 catfish, and around 40 bluegill (mostly redbreast & long ear) Water temp mid 70s and clear to about 2 feet. It was a blast watching these big bluegill follow & hit the spinner...Fished 7:30 - 1:30...saw one other boat all morning...

If you have a boat start just inside the no wake zone as you are leaving the ramp under IH 35. Work your way down river. Fish by docks and overhanging tree limbs. Also check out brush piles in 10 to 15 feet of water.
