Where is a good/safe location to stay on Lake Whitney for a bass tournament?

Cliffview resort or Uncle Gus's marina would be my suggestions.

What amenities do you want, place to sleep, cook and enjoy the outdoors, or fancy?
The State park has enclosed/ covered shelters. Fairly easy to keep them warm, hot weather would be miserable.

I last stayed at Arrowhead resorts in one of their cabins. The people were nice and the cabin was very clean, it had a great view of the lake. The cabins are not fancy but very clean.
