What causes motor to lean to right when starting and slowing down?

Seems like the boat may pull to right slightly to always.

Simple trim tab fix?

Worn motor mounts, loose steering cables, or air in the lines of hyd steering.

It's from prop torque, some lean right, some lean left, some don't at all, but you should be able to steer against it and keep everything straight. We sometimes want a boat to be a car, and they don't listen.

This is what I do and its fine. Im sure if I can upgrade to hydraulic steering, itll help and relieve some of the "work".

Its fine...ill adjust the trim tab some too to see if it helps.

trim tab "anode" might do a little at idle and/or very low speed..
what ya need is a "torque tab" on tha trailin' edge, starboard side of tha skeg....a coupla different kinds.. glue on, screw on and weld on.. weld on works very best.. it welds to tha very end of tha skag and can be "adjusted" so ta speak with a mallet.... used mostly on very high performance stuff without hyd. steering'......
