I have a lot you can buy out right at Holiday Village. Not water view, but about a mile away. $7000 + 1500 to developers for water, sewer lines to tap into, and $35 monthly dues for upkeep of subdivision, (roads, ramp, grounds, security, etc) Gated area, trailers/campers welcome. If your looking for long term, it's cheaper than rent. PM if interested.
