Think I am going to go try grapevine in the morning. Are there any hazards that I need to be aware of? I was thinking of launching at dove loop. Will I be able to launch there around 6 AM?

Not really any hazards. Just don't cut points too close. Fished this evening and it's showing all the signs of turning over. Dove loop is pretty flat so you'll probably have to get your feet wet if you launch solo.

Thanks. I actually made it out there today. That ramp is long and flat! Was a decent day for the first time visiting a new lake. The Avg fish was a little larger than what I've been catching on Pool so I'll be back.

The fish are eating real well on the Vine. Had around 20 on Wed from 10:30-3:00, 3 overs, 8 slots, and the rest unders. Biggest boated was a 3.84, but had a 7-8lber get off at the boat that would have really made for a magical day. Boat hadn't been out in almost 2 months so I just intended to run around, until I stopped at my 3rd place, and it was on. I hope the action stays consistent through October so I can get my handicapped bro on a few. This kid goes nuts when we catch fish.
