Looking for true running 3/4 oz spinnerbait brands and your favorite walking, spook type bait? The new vixens are ok but there has to be better. Just curious about what y'all have found to work best for these 2 types of lures. Are Santone 3/4 oz spinners good? I like the old spooks I have but wish they had some sort of rattle.

Lol, that's the one. They walk great and catch fish.

Some of the old Zara Spooks have rattles. Hard to find tho.

Evergreen SB (Shower Blower). It's more of a pencil popper but this bait walks amazing and spits water at the same time. Walks better than a spook!

I can rebuild your spooks the way you want them. They will be balanced to walk much better. The hooks play the tune. They work the grove into the plastic as the grove gets deeper it just gets better. I can do the rattles; but not necessary as the hooks do the rattling Big Bass like.

You will be very pleased with my 3/4 oz. Spinner Baits. It has all the best components and will be built for the technique you are going to fish it.
- Shallow water, Heavy Cover best Tourn. Bait
- Sunny Days Clear Water
- Sunny Days Stained Water
- Cloudy Days Clear Water
- Cloudy Days Stained Water
- Deep Ledges
- Strolling

LC gunfish, and lately I've been using the showerblow a good bit but the gunfish is my favorite.
For a spinnerbait the santone won't be bad. You can easily tune the wire on any bait and they will run true. Search the KVD videos, they have a lot of info on tuning the wire to run fast, slow, left, right, and straight.

See lots of responses here for Spooks, so I'll stick to spinnerbaits. The Strike King spinnerbaits are always good and you can get them anywhere. Although my favorites would have to be War Eagle and Revenge Spinnerbaits. Both make a great spinnerbait that has always ran true for me, and they also stand up well over time.

Heddon One Knocker Spook or Duo Realis Pencil 110, and the only spinnerbaits I use are War Eagle.

6th Sense Dogma for the walking bait, hands down.

Jim Lewis @ Screwy Lewy Lures has some nice spinnerbaits. Gizzard Shad, bluegill, lots of nice color choices and weights.
