Took my son and a friend of his. N wind pushed stuff up on the ramp big time but after a while we were able to launch. BTW you can moor it just down the bank from the ramp near the benches. Had a guy blocking ramp for good 20 mins yesterday while friend ( not much exp) was trying to back in trailer in spot that blocked 2 others but thats another topic! Anyway water clarity not as good as last week for sure. We moved around before finding something that worked and ended with 23, no size to them though at all. Saw lots of people catching, and they were all small too. Son caught a monster bowfin, told him be careful of those teeth, him and buddy got it off finally, probably 7lbs.

Went this morning, had 5 son had 2, daughter missed one!. Weird morning, caught them in 4 separate spots. Also saw them catching them on the island tips again but no size to them. Ramp clear, wind blew it down the bank. Big group of recreational kayakers putting in when we left. No wind at all really, clarity good, foggy with little bit of sun, no idea water temp.
