Was out there last weekend chunking a frog. Kept getting blow up after blow. Kept loosing fish after fish


Posted in the Bass Fishing Section. Got a few tips. You Tube trained all week Never had much confidence in the topwater bite. But last weekend I had a blast, even loosing fish. *(Was usin mono)


So I stripped one of my reels, loaded with braid. Modified the frog a little bit. Cut the legs the same length as the body. Tweaked the hooked just a little. Man, what a difference that braided line makes.

Still having trouble with setting the hook. Get excited and jerk it too soon

Even the little guys were inhaling it



Was a brand new frog and they smoked it.
