Are they worth it and which one do I need for the humminbird XTM-9 for the 997?

transducer shield, definetly worth it. works great and good people to deal with. look on their website and you can call them and they will know exactly what you need.

I have been using them for several years. If need be, Scap will custom build you one to fit your setup.
