Yeah, but the lower coast from Rockport south didn't get nearly as much rain, and the rivers that flow into Copano, Nueces and south won't be flooded. Maybe half the Texas coast won't get Redded! Only those two old ladies, Mother Nature and Lady Luck know and they won't tell us now.
