Looking for recommendations for a fishing guide in the SPI area for either date Sept 3 or Sept 4. It will be my wife and myself.

Highly recommend you to view weather channel what do you mean. bad weather is for this weekend i am looking at going the following week after the storm

I mean that what is predicted with a potential cat 3 hurricane, 10+ storm surge doesn't leave the water conditions, beach integrity, and even the bottom contours intact with erosion. I am only cautioning you not so much to endure the weather itself but economical feasibility for any productive fishing.  Recommend to check out what Tropical Storm Allison and Hurricane's Katrina and Ike did to the coastal fishing conditions but more important the lodging and traffic conditions for weeks after the storms. By any means enjoy what you desire to do. Good luck and may God bless.

I have some days open. I will be doing a Cast N Blast that weekend as well. Fishing will be just fine. Fish will be shallow and I have the right boat for that.
