Just Snelled 3 team catfish double action circle hooks now there ready for my next fishing trip whenever that may be

Has anyone tried the "rig wraps" I see on Fishing network? Seems like a good way to store your snelled hooks?

I definitely understand the effect of it, but am still skeptical about Snelling hooks without the bent eye.
Here's something I found in a In-fisherman article. Of course they're not showing a circle hook, but they are showing the leverage it has when tied differently.
-"Up-eye hooks must be snelled to create direct pull, where line and hook point move in the same direction. On straight-eye hooks, tie directly with your favorite knot."

At least one of those is snelled incorrectly. The line should always enter the hook eye from the front of the hook and it looks like the 3rd from the left is snelled backwards.

99% of the time I snell all hooks and palamore knot leader to swivel and main line to swivel. I used to palamore knot everything and caught fish but missed more fish. Video shows snell knot on straight shank hooks. I do a different snell but he describes the trigger affect pretty well and it's an excuse to watch a good video. Snell knot at the 3 min mark.

I used to be skeptic, but I no longer am. I've lost some big fish due to knot strength. The Snell Knot fixed that. My experience has shown me what I need when i fish. To this day I catch cats, drum and bass with circle hooks in the corner of the mouth. Used to be I'd have to set the hook quickly. Now it's a slow just add a bit of tension. Tho it's hard not to yank the pole when it folds over lol!

Yea it does. It pulls the wrong direction.
