Be aware...there is a floater on Fork in the west side of the boat lane between the 515W bridge and the entrance to Birch Creek. Its location is approximately two buoys south of the entrance to Birch Creek It is vertical, so there is a small bit of it visible above water. I tried to move it, but its hung solid on something under the water.

Good 411 right there. If I see it I will tie a rope to it and try to pull it into the timber.

Ken, I finally got a rope on it, but it wouldn't budge. It was hung on something under the water. Hopefully this northeast wind will eventually bust it loose and allow it to float out of the lane into the timber.

Possibly pound a length of white pvc into it, for visual, I'll do it this weekend if I can find it.. The mouth of Birch is also the opening of the unmarked boat lane to Penson where I'm at..

Some GPS coordinates would be nice until it moves.

No longer there. Wind and wave action would have blown it into the timber. I did not see it visually, with side scan or down scan.
