This morning the charming and fetching Mrs. Chief said she thought fish would be good for supper. Now, I have fish in the freezer but far be it for me to deprive the delectable lady some fresh fish. So off I went to Lake Athens with my trusty float tube ready to go. Fishing was a little off and the wind kind of tossed me around but I stuck it out. Ended up keeping an even dozen of 6-7 inch sunfish.  Right now they are on ice but I'll break out the fillet knife in a few minutes and get them table ready. I do a baked fish with a balsamic/honey glaze that it really good and about 6 of these fish will get that treatment. The rest are freezer bound to await the skillet and the corn meal. Cheers Y'All
