Just installed a sonichub linked to a hds7 touch and used a switch for the power wires when I turn the power off to the sonichub it will not turn back on until the hds is restarted . Does anyone know a way you can turn the sonichub on and off without restarting the hds?

The head unit controls the sonic hub. As far as I know it would do absolutely nothing without the head unit. To answer your question, I have no ideal how to turn it on with out the head unit. Good luck

Thanks Bill I just figured you would be able to turn it on or off but nothing in the head unit menu for that .kinda disappointed with a high dollar unit but it sounds good .

Which wire do you have connected to the switch, the yellow or red?
