Family is in town fleeing from the hurricane. Only time we'll have to fish is tomorrow afternoon. Haven't been on Whitney since spring time. Just wondering if anyone is having any luck in the afternoons for stripers? Gonna bring my bait tank and all my artificials. Not looking for any hot spots just wondering what they are biting best on if at all during the afternoon? Thanks for any info. Will post a report after the trip on this post.

Live shad along the river channel. 20-30 foot of water.

Rains kept us away from Whitney. So we went to granbury and got skunked. Broke my trolling motor, pump went out on the bait tank and I now need a new cast net. Some days it seems better to stay home but ya never know if ya don't go.
