Kept mine in a dry box on the boat but opened it for something and it blew out. Anybody know of a way to get one that's easier than filling out that confusing form with TPWD?
Would I get a ticket for not having it?
TIA

I have never been asked for it. The ex did when we unloaded on Texoma once. She did not know it was in the glove box. Told the game warden that all she does is load and unload boat.
