Has anybody been going down to the land cut. It used to be very consistent fishing if you were willing to make he run but i haven't heard much about it lately. That was my " when all else failed spot" any current reports for the land cut area? I moved from Corpus Christi about a year ago and don't get to keep up with the fish like I used to.

I really love it down that way just the cruise down there is awesome. Bringing back fish was always a bonus. My daughters and I would run down there quite often. Anywhere from king ranch to landcut and was always a good time. Just haven't heard anything on the landcut in a good while. This spring I didn't hear anything about the tide runners coming in like usual. Didn't hear of all the schooling black drum either. So I was just curios since I had been away from the salt for a while that if something had happened or what. But some great memories down there and peaceful
