I went on vacation the week before last, and when I got back the lake had changed drastically. The thermocline seemed to have dissipated in certain areas, and the entire water column was open for fish to explore. This past week I have caught hybrids in as shallow as 10 ft and as deep as 40 something. Since I got back the fishing has gotten better each day for me. Fish are still more scattered and on the move than before I left. I postponed two trips earlier this week. Having said that, we have put together some good days the past few limiting out each trip. Yesterday we had right around 25 hybrids, quite a few sandbass, and a couple catfish. Today was even better for the hybrids. Let me know if you'd like to go fishing!
