Drifting gizzard shad.They didn't want the heads today they preferred the big chunk rib sections.

My home lake all they prefer is shad fillets drifted early.

My home lake also for 25 plus years. For the eater fish I like to drift Threadfin's. If I'm anchored Danny King is my choice. For the big fish I like using big bait. I have fished full days from daylight to dark many, many times and have caught the big fish all hours of the day but if I had my choice I would take the evening bite anytime.

Danny Kings is my go to bait for eatin size fish. Shad and cut perch for big cats.
