really love my costa corbinas but this is the third time in the 5 or so years of use that the nose piece needs regluing. im looking at buying a backup pair but want help picking a pair that won't require as much maintenance as the corbinas. mine are the blue 580g so i will probably buy a different lense also. my only stipulation is they must be square lenses as i do not like the round style. yall got any suggestions? thx in advance

If you decide to buy some check SteepandCheap.com to see if they have what you're looking for. They're discounted as they're last years models or something like that. Just be sure to check the specs to see the size and lens material. I've got a big melon head so not all the ones I liked would fit my noggin. Best of luck in finding some if you so choose.

Had the same problem with my Black Fins. Since I sent them back they have been good. Check out Solar Bats for your back up pair. A little cheaper.

Cat Cat and Caballito are both shaped a lot like Corbino with a lot less rubber. Lighter, as well.
Be aware that the frames with alot of rubber have been redesigned for '17. Less around the frame, different compound, and different attachment method.
If you send yours in, you'll get a new pair, with the updates, for $11.95.

The Costa Fantails are great and have a square frame. I have them in tortoise with a green mirror lens. The green lens is a better every day lens and great on overcast days.
I also have Costa Saltbreaks and they are my favorite lens a little more round but still not a circle.
