Never been on the lake, but looking at google maps there seems to be rocky banks, and some boat docks. Is there any other type of structure or cover on the lake? Thanks.

There are big rocks, little rocks, some steep banks and very small pebbles. Some of the shallow banks/coves still have stickups from when the lake was low a while back. Square cranks, medium cranks, Spinners, drops shots and shakeyheads work for me. Normally top water bite is great 1st and last hour shallow, but have not gotten a top water fish in the last 3 weeks. (weekends)
Lately there is a boat on every point and a parade line on the dam.

Not very many docks like said above. But you can always catch fish on the rocky banks year round, may be tougher in the summer time but you can always manage to catch some. Jerkbaits near the dam usually work well year round just switch up retrieve based on the time of year. Someday you might get lucky and pull out a nice bronze back, had a nice one close to 3 1/2 on but didn't land him unfortunately.

We just moved to Trophy Club and Grapevine will now be my home lake.... Can anyone tell me what ramp will be my best option? Looked at google earth and the Dove ramp is close.. Can you beach anywhere around this ramp? Looks like it has a little dock...
Tks

Dove Loop is very popular and yes you can beach around it in a couple of spots. It does have a nice courtesy dock. I prefer the Meadowmere ramp which should be just a little closer to you. You can beach at it as well and again a nice courtesy dock. This ramp seems to be just a little steeper than Dove Loop which makes my launch/retrieve a bit easier.
